Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf-stable unopened. Once opened, keep tightly sealed — the natural sugars preserve freshness without refrigeration. As this is a natural product, the syrup can crystalise; however to make it reverse back into syrup, leave the bottle in hot water for 10 minutes
